Dulay Associates is a company that will charge a fair price for the work undertaken and, will deliver the application for the agreed price, in accordance with the signed-off specification with the timescales agreed.

We don't have any products as we only produce bespoke software which means that our reputation means everything to us. We need our existing customers to value and respect us as suppliers because it is from these people that you'll probably be seeking references before you commit to working with us. Dulay Associates always supply the details of as many customers as are relevant to the proposed new project so that you can cherry pick the people to whom you wish to speak.

If a project was too large for us to be able to cope then we would rather turn it down. We will never out-source a project - all code is written in our office in the North West of England.

At the end of each project we give our customers confirmation that they own the intellectual property rights (IPR) to their application. Not all software development companies are happy to do this because they want to make sure that you can't go elsewhere for upgrades and modifications. We like to give our customers the opportunity to leave us - so that they'll stay.
